Invitation Letter for FBAF 2026 The 25th Asia (Macao) International Food & Beverage Fair


FBAF 2026 The 25th Asia (Macao) International Food & Beverage Fair will kick off in a two-city joint exhibition model in Hengqin and Macao from November 16 to 20, 2026. As part of AHSE 2026, FBAF 2026 brings together a wide range of delicious foods, cutting-edge innovative technologies and new cooking concepts, reconnecting professionals in Asia's catering industry in this vibrant gathering place.

The exhibition covers diverse sub-sectors and features on-site events led by experts, building an excellent platform for industry participants at home and abroad. It helps them seize opportunities in the global market recovery wave.


As a food capital blending Chinese and Western cultures and an important gateway to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Macao, combined with the institutional advantages of the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao In-depth Cooperation Zone, endows the exhibition with unique value. It is not only a trade hub connecting the mainland with Portuguese-speaking countries (a market of 270 million people), but also boasts huge consumption potential with 33 million annual inbound tourists, bringing precise matching opportunities for exhibitors.

Exhibition Application Process

  1. Fill out the Exhibition Application Form (available from the organizing committee) and submit it with the official company seal.
  2. After the organizing committee reviews and approves the application, it will send the Exhibition Contract and Payment Notice.
  3. Within 5 working days of receiving the notice, the exhibitor shall pay the corresponding fee (full payment for standard booths, 50% deposit for raw space/high-standard booths).
  4. Pay the balance 60 days before the exhibition. The organizing committee will confirm the booth after receiving the payment.
  5. The Exhibition Confirmation Letter and booth construction guide will be sent 15 days before the exhibition. Exhibitors can register and construct booths with the letter.
