Exhibition Participation Process
1. Fill in the Exhibition Application Form (obtained by contacting the organizing committee), stamp the company's official seal, and submit it.
2. After the organizing committee approves, the Exhibition Contract and Payment Notice will be sent.
3. The participating enterprise shall pay the corresponding fees within 5 working days upon receipt of the notice (full payment for standard booths; 50% deposit for raw space/premium booths).
4. The balance shall be paid 60 days before the exhibition, and the organizing committee will lock the booth upon confirming receipt of payment.
5. The Exhibition Confirmation Letter and Booth Construction Guide will be sent 15 days before the exhibition; participants shall register and construct booths with the letter.
