V. Packaging Requirements
During long-distance transportation, exhibition goods need to be transferred, counted, loaded, and unloaded by various means of transport multiple times, and sometimes stored outdoors. Straw, waste newspapers, and other materials are prohibited as packaging padding inside the packing box.
Fragile goods must be clearly marked on the outer packing box. Since exhibition goods are mixed with various items, to avoid damage caused by mutual extrusion, the outer packaging of fragile goods must be sufficiently strong, and there must be enough padding inside the packaging.
If wooden packaging is required for exhibition goods, raw wood packaging should be avoided as much as possible; blockboard formed by high temperature can be used as packaging material.
If raw wood packaging must be used, a fumigation certificate must be provided. Goods without a fumigation certificate will be rejected.
The use of raw wood with bark or insect holes as exhibition goods packaging material is strictly prohibited; otherwise, the goods will be seized at the destination port.
The enterprise shall bear the consequences of goods damage caused by improper packaging or customs inspection.
During the transportation by official logistics, only the integrity of the outer packing box is guaranteed. The inner packaging is the responsibility of the exhibitor. If the inner goods are damaged while the outer packing box is intact, the enterprise shall bear the consequences.
