On August 10, exactly 100 days before the opening of the AHSE Asia International Expo, all preparations are accelerating into the final sprint phase.

This year's expo will be held successively at the Hengqin Tianmu Qintai Convention & Exhibition Center and The Venetian Macao Cotai Expo, adopting an innovative "One Expo, Two Cities" layout that links up the exhibition venues of Guangdong and Macao. By fully leveraging Hengqin's locational advantages and Macao's international platform advantages, the expo promotes in-depth docking between mainland and overseas trade resources.

Dedicated to building an international trade platform in Macao that connects global resources across industries — comprehensive food, alcoholic beverages, catering ingredients, grain, oil and condiments, hotel supplies, machinery & packaging, HVAC and building materials, real estate, and smart cities — the AHSE Asia International Expo serves as a one-stop gateway for industry players worldwide.

The expo is organized by Puissant Group (Macao) Limited, co-organized by the Macau Kitchenware Association and the International Economic and Trade Committee of the Shanghai International Cooperation Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, and supported by CEMS Global USA as co-organizer. It also enjoys strong support from government bodies including the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM) of the Macao Special Administrative Region.

Expo Scale Fully Upgraded: Full-Chain Exhibits on Stage

This edition of the AHSE Asia International Expo unveils ten themed exhibition zones covering key industrial tracks including comprehensive food, alcoholic beverages, catering ingredients, grain, oil and condiments, hotel supplies, machinery & packaging, HVAC, building materials and real estate, smart cities, and cultural going-global. Centered on the core theme of "Linking Global Business, Gathering in Macao; Sharing the Mega-Market, Exporting to China," the expo implements a dual-drive strategy for domestic and international trade. Leveraging Macao's international platform advantages, it facilitates Chinese products going global and international products entering China, achieving highly efficient two-way economic and trade connectivity.

The overall planned exhibition area of this year's AHSE Asia International Expo has doubled, with the number of exhibiting enterprises and brands expected to surpass 1,000. Exhibition sales momentum is strong, attracting participation from more than 30 countries and regions and covering core segments such as leisure food, star-hotel supporting supplies, aquatic and fresh produce, prepared dishes, kitchen equipment, catering consumables, and cultural & creative souvenirs. A large number of high-quality factories, brand owners, and source suppliers deeply rooted in their industries have all confirmed their booths, showcasing their core products and supply capabilities to domestic and overseas buyers through the Macao exhibition platform.

With domestic and overseas enterprises gathering together, the expo not only enables high-quality industrial matching for domestic players but also helps overseas specialty products, via the Macao hub, to open up the South China and domestic markets — allowing exhibitors to realize multiple values of brand showcasing, product matching, cross-border trade, and channel expansion within the halls.

Linking Global Resources: Multi-Party Institutions Joining Forces

To date, the expo has reached intent-to-cooperate agreements with global organizations including the Macau Hotel Association, the Malaysian Association of Hotel Owners (MAHO), the Hospitality Purchasing Association Singapore (HPAS), Italian Fair Service (Italy), CrossTrade Solution (Singapore), the Malaysian Food and Restaurants Association (FRA), the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Association (Vietnam), the Greek Business Association, the Cámara Nacional de Comercio de Bolivia (CNC), BuyKenya (Kenya), B-FOR International (USA), ProColombia (Colombia), Canal Horeca (Chile), the Latin American Chamber of Commerce, the Malaysian Manufacturers Association, and the Vietnam Food & Beverage Ecosystem (VFBE).

Featured International VIP Buyers (Partial)

Recently, this trade event has continued to gather premium VIP buyers from around the world, bringing together top-tier procurement enterprises across mainstream tracks such as catering and food, high-end hotels, and chain supermarkets. Covering key overseas markets including Southeast Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America, the event effectively opens up supply-demand docking channels between domestic and overseas markets and helps high-quality enterprises go global efficiently.

In the food and catering sector, the expo has already connected with a number of internationally renowned procurement giants, including Moment Group Inc (Philippines), Surya Foods (UK), PT. Indospirit Natura dba Healthy Choice (Indonesia), Chtaura Co (Bahrain), Agro-West DC LLC (Azerbaijan), Dijec SRL (Romania), Dalmare Group (Lebanon), and Casinetto (UAE), demonstrating wide coverage and strong practicality of overseas procurement resources.

In the high-end hotel sector, procurement heads of many renowned hospitality brands have joined the event. In addition to well-known Macao-based hotels, high-end hotels such as Max One Hotel (Indonesia), EQ Hotel (Malaysia), Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur, and Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur, as well as Singapore retailer NTUC FairPrice, are focusing on rigid-need cooperation scenarios including hotel supporting supplies and supply-chain procurement.

The supermarket and retail channel lineup is equally impressive. International top-tier supermarket buyers from Latin America, including Walmex (Mexico) and Grupo Carrefour Brasil (Brazil), leverage their mature overseas end-channel networks to provide strong channel support for brands seeking to deepen their presence in Latin American and South American markets.

The globally assembled premium buyer resources are of high quality, with precise procurement demands and strong channel strength, continuously building an efficient and professional international trade cooperation platform that promotes precise docking and in-depth cooperation between Chinese and foreign enterprises.

A Series of Marquee Side Events: Business-Matching Impact Maximized

During the expo, more than ten high-specification industry-themed events will be held concurrently, creating a comprehensive five-in-one industry gala of "Exhibition + Industry Forums + Precise Supply-Demand Matchmaking + Professional Culinary Competitions + Honors & Awards." Major IP events to be held on site include the 2026 National Chef Championship Grand Final, the Asia (Macao) Artistic Cold-Dish Cuisine Festival, the Dingdian'er "One Dish to Fame" Awards Gala, and the First "Hengqin-Macau Gifts" Cultural & Creative Design Competition and Awards Ceremony.
